Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
What you are buying
The Fitness Beast Blueprint is a digital book (PDF and EPUB). During the pre-sale you pay $19.99 CAD (plus applicable taxes, collected by our payment processor, Gumroad). The launch price will be $29.99 CAD.
When you get it
Your finished book is delivered to your Gumroad library, with an email download link, on or before September 8, 2026. You get the free sample (the first pages) immediately.
If the delivery date has to move by more than 14 days, we will email you before it moves, and you can take a full refund on the spot.
Refunds
30 days, no questions. If you want your money back at any point up to 30 days after the book is delivered, email david@fitnessbeastathletics.com or use Gumroad's refund request, and it will be refunded in full. Before delivery, you can cancel for a full refund at any time.
The health part
This book is education and lived experience. It is not medical advice, and buying it does not create any kind of practitioner relationship. Always work with your own care team, especially if you manage a chronic condition such as Type 1 Diabetes or Multiple Sclerosis.
The boring but real part
All content is © 2026 David Fuzes / Fitness Beast Athlétique inc. Your purchase is a personal-use licence: read it on any of your devices, but please don't redistribute or resell the files. Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. under their own terms of service. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
